Price?
  • $575 for lights without extra customizations (either canopy hardware or cord & plug included). Domestic shipping is free. International shipping TBD.  
How many words can I have imprinted in the glass?
  • 40 characters (including spaces). We can do longer messages, but there's an additional cost of $2/character.​
What shapes do the lights come in?
  • Your choice of a spherish globe (8"x8") or an elegantly domed cylinder (9"x5"). 
What options do I have for lighting it up?
  • There are 2: Canopy or plug. Canopies are meant to be permanent fixtures and involve a metal cap that gets attached to the ceiling. We include 10 feet of cord and the mounting hardware, but you'll need an electrician to wire the light in place (as well as already have wires running to that spot). As for the plug (15 feet with a switch 2 feet from the plug), it goes in a standard outlet and is pretty straightforward - hang it from something like a hook in the ceiling and you're done! 
What kind of bulb I can use with Letterlights?
  • Any candelabra-size bulb that's under 60 watts (can be either LED or incandescent). An incandescent is included but we also sell a nice LED bulb as well for an additional $15.
What's the return policy?
  • Since everything is custom made, we don't do returns. However, we take our craft seriously and are also reasonable people who want you to be happy with what you bought. So, if you're not, we would take that seriously. Seriously. 
How long until I get my order?
  • Custom work takes time, so please anticipate 3-4 weeks.
​Do you do wholesale accounts?
  • Yep. Include your business info and we'll work out the details.
What if I want more things customized (like colors, different shapes, different length cord, and specialty logos)?
  • There will probably be an extra fee, but let's talk.
How much will I love my light? 
  • So much! They're magical.
Do you make any other products like really cool decanters and barware?
